Most orders received by 2pm are sent out the same day (subject to stock levels). If an item is out of stock we will contact you with the expected delivery time or if possible, to offer you an alternative product.
The service we use for shipping depends on the weight and value of the order but most commonly we use Royal Mail Packet Post, Signed For or Special Delivery. For larger orders, we normally use UPS. For priority orders, we recommend that you get in touch to see what services are available for your order and get an idea of prices.
