Oster 3000i Hinge and latch assembly

Hinge should stay open when blades are removed, ready to receive the next one.
If it shuts too easily, it should be replaced.
Small black latch fits under the hinge and holds the blades onto the clipper when in use.
If the latch is broken, blades may lift off the clipper in use, so it should be replaced.
Please note, that this is the new Oster hinge as now supplied on their new clippers, but may differ from older models. They are totally interchangeable.
